This includes Reddit user Aries8709, who claims to have played The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for nearly 2,500 hours. Despite having played Breath of the Wild for such an extreme amount of time, however, Aries8709 was completely unaware of a trick to improve their horse's stamina by giving them three extra Spurs. To do this, players simply need to feed their horse in Breath of the Wild an Endura Carrot.

Based on the comments, it seems many Breath of the Wild players were similarly unaware of this trick, though some have known about it for quite some time. In any case, there are many other tricks and tips in Breath of the Wild that players can employ to give themselves an advantage in the game.

It's likely that the long-awaited Breath of the Wild sequel Tears of the Kingdom will have plenty of its own secret tricks for player to discover as well. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will launch on May 12, 2023 as a Nintendo Switch exclusive, and it will seemingly expand Hyrule's open world by putting focus on the skies and underground dungeons. Much of the game has been kept secret so far, so fans will have to wait for more information on what it will entail.

While Legend of Zelda fans wait for more info on Tears of the Kingdom, they can return to Breath of the Wild to find all its secrets and truly master the game. Breath of the Wild is hiding a ton of secrets, though, so Zelda fans should be kept plenty busy.
