Zack Snyder and Ray Porter, the voice actor for Darkseid in Zack Snyder's Justice League, teased an upcoming event aiming to celebrate his corner of the DC multiverse. After years of fan campaigning, Zack Snyder's Justice League was released, representing Snyder's true vision for the film. After Snyder was forced away from the project due to a personal tragedy, the original cut was overtaken by Joss Whedon, who distorted the filmmaker's vision. Since then, passionate fans have called on Warner Bros. to restore Snyderverse, which has recently revolved around Warner Bros. Discovery's business strategy to lease DC IP to streaming services. Amid the DCU moving away from the Snyderverse, but still leaving the door open for multiverse stories like Joker and The Batman, Snyder announced a mysterious Snyderverse event.RELATED: Zack Snyder Planned To Explore Robin’s Death After 'Batman v Superman'Snyder posted a cryptic announcement video on Twitter with the hashtag “full circle.” The video begins with a cyborg-like animation that unifies into a fractal of sorts, symbolizing the hashtag, and then Porter's Darkseid is heard saying, “April 28th, 29th, and 30th. Save the date.” Some fans have speculated that it is Cyborg being hacked by Darkseid to transmit the message to fans. Snyder then took to Vero to post an image of Superman with the abbreviated letters of his DC trilogy and a quote that describes Joseph Campbell's monomyth, which inspired Snyder's approach to Superman and coincides with the “full circle” hashtag. Snyder has been known for cryptic messages with multiple meanings, which leaves fans to speculate if this points to something more profound.

Snyder has expressed interest in wanting to screen Zack Snyder's Justice League in IMAX as it was intended to be seen given its 4:3 format. As a result, this event is likely Part 2 of the 2019 Snyder-Con charity event, where fans came together to celebrate Snyder's director’s cut movies. The event featured a Q&A with the director that revealed details of what was supposed to transpire in his future DC films, originally fueling the flames for the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League. However, this rumored Part 2 could achieve the opposite of the first event if it’s Snyder's way of putting the flames out as he transitions to his franchises with Netflix.

Since this event relates to Campbell's The Hero's Journey, the full circle could either indicate that the Snyderverse saga may see its completion in some fashion, or it could be closure with one last charity screening or possibly a theatrical release of Zack Snyder's Justice League in theaters. Either way, fans won’t have long to find out.

The DC event is to be featured on April 28 -30th.
