Microsoft announced the pricing and release date for the Xbox Series S yesterday and the Xbox Series X this morning. Now, with the Xbox Series S and X launching on November 10th, developers are now revealing more launch titles that will coincide with the release of the Xbox Series X.

The latest developer to confirm the November 10th release date for an Xbox Series X title is Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio. The developer announced today that Yakuza: Like a Dragon would release on November 10th instead of the previously announced November 13th. Many games are having release dates moved up to match the console release, while others like Dirt 5, are delaying the release to then to maximize sales for next-gen copies.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon will support Xbox's Smart Delivery, so players can upgrade to the next-gen title for free; however, since Yakuza: Like a Dragon will release first on Xbox Series X, players may want to pre-order to utilize the Smart Delivery to play on current gen if they do not buy the Xbox Series X at launch. Although the Yakuza: Like a Dragon Xbox Series X version is being bumped up to a November 10th release date, developers have not confirmed any changes for other releases such as the PlayStation 4, PC or Xbox One.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon was released on PlayStation 4 this January in Japan, yet the West has yet to have a PlayStation version, which the series almost exclusively has released for. Despite revealing the updated release date for the Xbox Series X title, Yakuza: Like a Dragon does not have a PlayStation 5 release date and Sega has only stated "a PlayStation 5 upgrade path is also being planned for the Western release and will be announced at a later date."

New to the franchise is the new RPG-style turn-based battle system that will feature very unique attacks and character classes known as jobs. Ichiban Kasuga can take the role of blue collar jobs such as a cook, a musician ,or a break-dancer to introduce some wacky themed moves, and players will be able to take on any role sooner than later with the Xbox Series X title release moved up three days.

Yakuza: Like A Dragon will release on Xbox Series X on November 10th and PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 13th. PS5 version is planned to release at a later date.
