One of the most popular Twitch streamers, xQc, has lashed out to his viewers after getting criticized for wasting food. On a recent stream in between playing games, the superstar Twitch streamer was eating lunch and addressed comments from the viewers. The streamer seemed visibly irritated by the fact that part of the audience was calling him out for not finishing his food.

Félix "xQc" Lengyel is a former Overwatch professional and one of the most popular Twitch streamers in the world. He commands an audience of over 11 million followers on Twitch and another 2 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. He is also one of the more controversial active streamers on Twitch, often finding himself tied in debacles, including about gambling and his personal way of living.

This time around the eating habits of the controversial Twitch star caught the eye of the audience. The comment section of his stream flooded with comments about him wasting food. It isn't uncommon that everything xQc does on stream is scrutinized, but this time it seemed to bother the streamer more than usual. Comments wanted to know why he doesn't finish his meals. As per usual, the reactions ranged from constructive types to toxic messages and obnoxious takes like "force yourself."

The response from xQc to Twitch viewers was to completely disregard all the arguments against his position. He simply said he doesn't care about them and that he is going to continue tossing food when he sees fit, adding a few expletives. "So, I waste food, and I don't give a f***. Do you want me to feel bad for wasting my food and not finishing it? I'm gonna tell you how it is: I don't give a f***." He did, however, explain why he has to waste the food. According to xQc, he orders fast food and the portions are just simply too large. He usually orders a regular meal but ends up only eating some of the chicken fingers and not even touching the fries or the bread before he's full.

Annoying streamers is fun for some and blame is easy to throw around, especially to public figures for their bad habits anonymously. However, there are perhaps some important things to address here too. The streamer said that he's in America and that's just how big the portions are, which is undoubtedly true. Fast food or not, portions are often not designed for a single person with a small appetite. On the other hand, there are usually options for those that can't finish a regular portion, like separate menu items. After the debacle, xQc continued to finish his lunch break watching YouTube videos before launching into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
