Another weekly Xbox sale is being held, an appropriate follow-up of sorts to the now concluded Xbox Spring Sale. Introducing the Xbox Spring Add-On Sale, a sale focused entirely on discounted DLC. The sale includes premium currency, Season Passes, expansions, and more, most of which has had its price cut 50% or more. The Xbox Spring Sale will only last a week, with the discounts remaining available through May 13.

Some of the DLC included in the Xbox Spring Add-On Sale list have rarely been discounted before on Xbox, largely because DLC doesn't get discounted often in general. Of special note is that all of Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3's DLC has been discounted. Many Mass Effect fans may have passed over the DLC in their first playthroughs and then never picked it up later, hoping for a discount. Now's the perfect opportunity to finally capitalize, and maybe relive the Mass Effect trilogy experience all over again.

Mass Effect isn't the only franchise to have its DLC heavily discounted, of course. Fans of Battlefield, Call of Duty, Dead Rising, Devil May Cry, Dragon Age, Dragon Ball Z, Farming Simulator, Forza, Tomb Raider, Mega Man, Resident Evil, The Witcher, Titanfall, and others will find something nice flesh out their collections in the Spring Add-On Sale.

There are discounts on DLC for new games, as well. Both Assassin's Creed Origins and Assassin's Creed Odyssey's Season Passes are on sale, at 35% and 25% respectively. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Black Ops Pass is 20% off. Dragon Ball FighterZ's FighterZ Pass is 50% off, as well as all DLC fighters individually. Shadow of the Tomb Raider's Seasons Pass is discounted 40%. Even all of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands DLC is on sale, with a new Ghost Recon game announcement to be made later this week.

The Xbox Spring Add-On Sale is live alongside several other Xbox discounts. There's also a Capcom franchise sale that's ongoing, a Deals With Gold sale for subscribers that includes Anthem for 33% off, an Activision Blizzard Collection sale, and the ongoing Game Pass offer where new subscribers can get three months of membership for just $1.

With E3 2019 just a month away and the industry taking a deep breath before the big event, there's no better time to revisit a great game and try out its DLC. That is, if everyone's backlog isn't already full. The Xbox Spring Add-On Sale ends at the end of May 13.
