Anticipation for the Xbox Series X has been mounting since the console was first announced. While most of the hardware specifications have been confirmed for the Xbox Series X and they are undoubtedly impressive, some fans have been concerned about what games are coming to the console. Some players believe that the Xbox One lost favor with consumers because of a lack of exclusive games but a rumor is now promising big titles when Xbox addresses the exclusive titles for the upcoming console in July.

The Xbox franchise has managed to provide quality consoles and some fantastic original titles ranging from Halo to Fable. Many players were pleased when Halo Infinite was announced for the next generation of consoles and it seems that there may be more fan-favorite titles coming to the console. While these games have not been confirmed to feature in the Xbox 20/20 July presentation, many fans will hope to hear news about the titles soon.

A tweet from a journalist Sabi Wabii claimed that an informed friend had told them that "Fable, Perfect Dark and Halo" were all planned to be showcased this month, before pondering if things had changed. After the announcement of first-party Xbox titles being revealed in July, many now think that if the rumor is true then this will be when the games are announced. All of these titles have considerable fan bases and they will look forward to returning to Albion or shooting through enemies as Joanna Dark. While many fans will want to play to new installments from classic franchises, others will be interested in what new titles the company is working on.

There have been some interesting hires from Xbox and with a pedigree of talent may fans will wonder how these members of staff will be utilized. There has been speculation that the Xbox Series X could rival the PlayStation 5 if the console manages to release several titles that capture the attention of the market. With the existing titles, this is certainly possible, however bolstering this roster would certainly help the console appeal to even more players.

The Xbox Series X seems to have plenty to offer players with its hardware, the next step will be showcasing games that push the specs and enable players to enjoy a new experience. While players wait for more details about exclusive games, more details about multi-platform games will arrive as part of the Xbox 20/20 Inside Xbox event that's taking place on May 7.
