In light of E3, Microsoft has announced a first-time discount for its latest console on the market, the powerful and very expensive Xbox One X.

Xbox fans hoping to get their hands on "the most powerful console on the market" will be excited to know that during E3 this year, Microsoft will be providing a $50 discount on the Xbox One X for the first time since the console's release. Starting June 7, just before E3, the Xbox One X's price will be going down from the original price of $499.99 to the discounted price of $449.99 . This discounted price for the Xbox One X will be available at the Microsoft Store and “participating retailers” up to June 23 of this year.

Fans can also look forward to picking up certain season passes and DLC for 50 percent off or more.
