Currently, the Xbox One marketplace is offering tons of deals across various games and services. While today marks the last chance for a great deal towards Game Pass, a number of popular indie games, as well as Xbox 360 backwards compatible titles, have been marked down this week.

Arguably the best deal available this week on Xbox One involves Xbox Game Pass, the company's gaming subscription service. Today is the last day for users to get three months worth of Game Pass for just $1. The service's playlist continues to grow with high-profile third party games like Monster Hunter World and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, while also offering newly released first-party games like Crackdown 3 and Forza Horizon 4.

For anyone looking to pick up a specific game, individual title sales this week focus on indies and Xbox One's backward compatibility lineup. Hello Games' No Man Sky is currently 25% off, and while the game's 2016 launch was rocky, last year's NEXT update added tons of improvements and features, such as base building and multiplayer, with another major expansion (titled 'Beyond') coming this summer. Other notable games getting price cuts include Dead Cells ($20), Gang Beasts ($16), Guacamelee! 2 ($10), and ARK: Survival Evolved ($20). In total, there are nearly 50 different indie games for players to choose from.

Players who take advantage of backwards compatibility are in for a slew of great deals as well. Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption is on sale for just under $10, and seeing as it acts as a sequel story-wise to Red Dead Redemption 2, it may not be a bad time for another playthrough. Fans waiting for the next Splinter Cell can pick up 2013's Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist for only $8, while the likely announcement of Modern Warfare in the next few weeks is reason enough to pick up Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for just $15.

Xbox looks to be gearing up for a ton of big announcements next month at E3, and having yet another great deal for Game Pass is another reason to believe in the company's push for the subscription service. As for backward compatibility, Xbox has continued to add to the feature's lineup, with new games constantly being added, and even a further push towards select original Xbox games being playable on Xbox One since 2017.
