A game's replay value is a trait that's often one of its most, erm... "valuable" when it comes to quality. Sure, you can take part in a feverishly fun romp or be dazzled by a flashy, cinematic masterpiece. Yet, these can lose some meaning if said game ends too quickly, or loses its luster in a matter of hours.

With a library as large and diverse as the Xbox One's, the console certainly has plenty of these robust, endlessly-addictive games to choose from. These are games that don't just have a ton of content, but usually have effective ways of keeping you coming back for more.

10 The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth

Perhaps the greatest trait of the roguelike is its ability to produce a relatively new experience almost every playthrough. At the same time, it usually keeps the player coming back for more punishment with its excitingly tough gameplay. And as far as this genre goes, Nicalis' The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is renowned for being one of the best examples, despite being several years old.

The game is something of a taboo - and that's not just because of its deceptively dark, twisted themes. While it can be "completed" in a matter of hours, the amount of fun unlockables and altered content is so vast that you can spend months playing it and still find something new.

9 Halo Wars 2

Once you've gotten over the fact that this is, in fact, an RTS on a home console, Halo Wars 2 actually offers a surprising amount of engaging content.

Though the campaign can be knocked out pretty quickly, there's always incentive to return, as you can bring a friend to aid you in your UNSC fights, crank up the difficulty, or tackle trickier side missions. But of course, the bulk of the content and enjoyment lies in its multiplayer options, which can be enjoyed locally or online.

The range of multiplayer modes, customizations, and unique settings, makes for a feverishly addictive strategy romp, especially for Halo fans.

8 Dead Rising 3

Though its successor received more mixed reviews, Dead Risingshines as an epic entry in this insane, zombie-slaying series. As always, you'll be going up against an endless horde of brain-eating undead, as you slice, shoot, and bash your way through infected Los Perdidos, California.

Thanks to the removal of the pressing time limit (Nightmare Mode notwithstanding), you can take all the time you want raking up zombie kills and tinkering with the deep crafting system. There always seems to be an amusing new weapon to unearth or vehicle to assemble. As far as single-player efforts go, Capcom's action romp is one of the most addictive games you'll find on the Xbox One.

7 Rocket League

On one level, this soccer-meets-racer is quite basic, as it revolves around merely knocking a ball into your opponent's goal. But sometimes, less is more, and Rocket League emphatically proves this with some ridiculously fun multiplayer.

The online options provide a near-endless stream of replayability with its plethora of options and exciting action. But even if you've somehow tired of the heated online competition, you can take part in an entire "season" and engage in various challenges solo.

On top of this, Psyonix keeps you enticed with unlockable vehicles and countless bits of flair to show off.

6 Rare Replay

It stands to reason that a title with the word "replay" would be rife with replayability. Jokes aside, though, this really is a super robust package for fans of Rareware, as well as those who just appreciate platformers and retro games.

We're talking a whopping 30 titles here, each of which comes with modified challenges which allow you to explore your favorite Rare games in new ways. These entries date all the way back to the NES and range from classics like Battletoads to memorable 3D platformers like Banjo-Kazooie and Kameo.

Heck, the zany Conker's Bad Fur Day alone will provide you with a dozen hours of memorable gameplay.

5 Overwatch

Even years later, Blizzard's smash-hit shooter Overwatch has scarcely been matched in terms of its nuanced and addictive multiplayer. Though it's lacking a mainline campaign option, the developer keeps a constant flow of new unlockables to add to the massive pile of character goodies, along with a rotating list of game modes and events.

With such a vast selection ranging from classic 6v6 to free-for-alls and PvE missions, there's always something fun to engage in. Each of the game's 30-plus heroes comes with a unique playstyle and mechanics, giving you plenty to play with in this colorful FPS.

4 Borderlands 3

Guns, and more off-the-wall guns! That's really the best way to sum up this zany RPG-shooter for Xbox One. But Gearbox has managed to eclipse the already expansive, complex BL1 and by tossing tons more crazy weaponry into the mix, with a seemingly endless supply of precious loot at your disposal.

As was the case in prior entries, players can choose from a handful of unique classes, which range from a pet-summoning Beastmaster to a mech-driving Gunner. You'll traverse larger zones spread across several distinct planets, and have dozens of bounty-yielding quests at your disposal.

Aside from the solid co-op feature, deep campaign, and thrilling survival mode, you'll eventually unlock the trickier, modified "True Vault Hunter Mode." Along with "Mayhem Mode," this will put your skills to the test and grant you even better loot.

3 Diablo III Eternal Collection

Blizzard's RPG dungeon crawler is back and badder than ever in this lavish sequel, which has since been greatly refined since its spotty launch in 2012.

Diablo III: Eternal Collection is brimming with enticing action - offering a slew of vast, majestic biomes and intricate RPG gameplay. The campaign can run you close to 30 hours, and even beyond this - you can play with added challenges, an endless bounty of loot, and tons of satisfying spells.

A variety of unique classes and several difficulty tiers which boost your earnings keep things interesting throughout your journey, ensuring you always have something to grind away towards.

2 Halo 5: Guardians

Though its origin days with Bungie are over, 343 Industries certainly does this iconic Xbox franchise proud. Like its predecessors, Halo 5 offers both a cinematic campaign and a vast range of delightfully fun multiplayer options. Each area is brimming with an impressive level of detail and tons of unique alien foes.

You'll likely be engaged in the thrilling multiplayer action long after you and your fellow Spartans have saved the world from the Covenant in the main missions. Along with the usual staples, you've got the epic Arena and an even more dynamic version of team battle with the new Warzone mode, complete with exciting boss fights.

1 Forza Horizon 4

MMORPGs notwithstanding, Playground Games' sandbox racer is about as close as you can get to an "endless game," certainly when it comes to driving romps. With its blend of sim-like nuance and arcade action, Forza Horizon 4 has a wide appeal that's easy to get into and tough to break from. The time-rewinding mechanic allows less seasoned drivers to give it another go when needed.

The British environments are particularly awe-inspiring and detailed, providing some of the best visuals on the Xbox One. The dynamic weather and changing seasons, along with constantly-rotating missions and live events, ensure that you'll always have something to do here.

It's tough not to be entranced by the exhilarating speed and massive scope, even after dozens of hours.
