Xbox has just revealed new perks that will be available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in October 2022. The Xbox Game Pass library is ever-changing as Microsoft adds a handful of games every month to the collection. Several titles are removed each month as well, so the library undergoes a refresh regularly.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members also get various perks in addition to the new games. These perks often consist of in-game items, such as cosmetics, exclusive pieces of equipment, XP boosters, and more. So, players get more out of their game with the help of these add-ons. Xbox has just now confirmed new perks coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate this month.
Need for Speed Heat fans can upgrade their game to the Deluxe Edition which comes with four K.S Edition cars, an exclusive wrap, and four character outfits. Users also get a 5% increase in the amount of REP and BANK they earn in Need for Speed Heat. The second perk is for Apex Legends and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can download the From Above Weapon Charm at no extra cost. Finally, the Housewarming Bundle for Eville will be available as the third Perk for October, adding constellation Acora outfits and other items to the game.

All three of these perks come to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on October 11, 2022. Similar to the lineup of games, perks are generally spread throughout the month, so this marks a change from how Microsoft usually releases them. Additionally, October marks the second month in a row in which Microsoft has offered a perk for an NFS game, as DLX Content Pack for Need for Speed Payback was given out last month. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members also got in-game content for Rumbleverse, Dead by Daylight, and Warframe in September 2022.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers will get to play nine games in the first half of October 2022, with four of them being day-one releases. Scorn, Chivalry 2, A Plague Tale: Requiem, The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season, and more are coming to Xbox Game Pass this month. Several games are also set to leave Xbox Game Pass in October 2022. Players should keep in mind that this is just the first wave of a refresh for October 2022, as Microsoft will reveal another set of games later this month.
