Xbox Game Pass is the gift that keeps on giving. Although Game Pass got 5 new additions on July 1, Microsoft has announced 6 more games for the next week or so.

On July 8, 3 games will join the Game Pass roster, with 3 more following on July 15. Perhaps the most interesting part is the variety found with the additions, and for those interested in the games coming, here's what subscribers should know about each game.

The first selection of games includes Dragon Quest Builders 2, Tropico 6, and UFC 4. Unlike the franchise's typical turn-base style, Dragon Quest Builders 2 is an action RPG sandbox game and sequel to the first Builders spin-off. It does introduce new features such as a fast-travel, optional first-person perspective, underwater gameplay, and gliding. The story takes place after Dragon Quest 2, with the Children of Hargon seeking revenge for the defeat of Hargon and Malroth by Erdrick's descendants. Hero, the PC, gets capture, escapes, and kicks off their journey from the Isle of Awakening.

Tropico 6 is the latest in the simulation and management franchise, with players take on the role of El Presidente from the fictional Caribbean island of Tropico. Gameplay happens across The Colonial era, World Wars era, Cold War era, and modern, with players managing an archipelago of islands this time around. Finally, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will get access to UFC 4 as the latest addition to the EA Play lineup. While it may not need much introduction, UFC 4 is a mixed martial arts fighting game with a campaign to become the G.O.A.T., several multiplayer modes, and more. In general, it's held up as an improvement over UFC 3, but there are a lot of similarities between the two still.

  • Dragon Quest Builders 2 - Available on cloud.
  • Tropico 6 - Available on cloud, console, and PC.
  • UFC 4 - Available on console.

Xbox Game Pass Games for July 15

the medium ps5 release date

July 15 will see the introduction of three more games. First is Bloodroots, an indie which is described as a "one-hit kill die-retry murderballet." Players are chaining kills to take revenge of Mr. Black Wolf, utilizing makeshift weapons and deadly combos in a wacky, wild western-style game. On the other end of the spectrum is Farming Simulator 19, a game that is exactly what it sounds like. It'll take players through a near-realistic simulation of raising animals, plant crops, utilize various tractors and machines, and more.

Finally, the last game joining the line-up is The Medium, a horror game from Bloober Team. In it, players take on the role as a medium named Marianne, who is able to travel into the spirit world. Players must utilize both it and the real world for a bunch of puzzles, as well as defending off hostile forces. Notably, Bloober Team is now hard at work on a collection of games, including Layers of Fear 3 and a rumored Silent Hill game, in conjunction with Konami on the latter.

  • Bloodroots - Available on cloud, console, and PC.
  • Farming Simulator 19 - Available on cloud, console, and PC.
  • The Medium - Available on cloud.
