Microsoft's video game streaming service, Xbox Game Pass, now boasts over a hundred Xbox One and Xbox 360 games that players can enjoy for the monthly fee of $9.99. While a few games have already been added to the catalog throughout January 2019, it appears that two more games were added yesterday. Unfortunately, it was also revealed in the "leaving soon" section of the dashboard that four games will be leaving the subscription service, so players that would still like to play them should had over to Xbox Game Pass and download them right away.

The two games that are available for download as of yesterday are the classic Xbox 360 fighting game Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and the open-world action game, Just Cause 3. The four games that will be leaving soon, however, are The Division, as well as Letter Quest Remastered, Riptide GP: Renegade, and The Escapists: The Walking Dead. Microsoft never indicates when "soon" is, so players that have not tried out these games yet still have a chance to do so.

While a title like The Division may be a big loss to Game Pass for many fans, Microsoft certainly makes up for it with the addition of Just Cause 3, and other big games like Life is Strange 2: Episode 1, Farming Simulator 17, and Ark: Survival Evolved that were all revealed as part of the January line-up at the beginning of this year. Players will also be happy to know that Game Pass subscription is currently available for only $1 on the Xbox store for new subscribers, so it is a good time to try it out if you have not already.

There is no indication yet as to whether Microsoft will be adding more big games to Xbox Game Pass for the rest of this month, but many fans are hoping for another few additions very soon. As the Game Pass lineup promises to grow throughout the year, and hopefully spread to other platforms in the near future, it certainly becomes a worthwhile service to subscribe to.
