There are many video games available on Xbox Game Pass, some of which include familiar and new games that are coming out. It was recently announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can play Battlefield 2042 a week early before the game's official release.

Xbox Game Pass is continuing to add more games that will be available for Xbox players to enjoy. Soon the subscription service will be adding another new game to the growing list titled Exo One. Exo One is a single-player, sci-fi game developed by Exbleative and published by Future Friends Games. It lets players control a mysterious spacecraft on an interplanetary journey exploring beyond the solar system.

Exo One's story centers on the player piloting an advanced spacecraft as they seek to uncover the mystery of a strange signal in outer space. Humanity discovers an alien signal that transmits blueprints to build an advanced spacecraft, the same one players will pilot in the game called Exo One. With it, humanity takes its first voyage outside the solar system, where players can master the game's traversal system, travel at incredible speeds, and explore new alien worlds.

Exo One is set to release on Xbox Game Pass, the Xbox One, the Xbox Series X/S, and Windows 10 on November 18. The game will also be available on the Microsoft Store, Epic Games Store, and Steam for players to purchase. The developer also released a trailer yesterday showing some of the gameplay and for Exo One as well.

The trailer has a somber tone to it, showing gameplay of the saucer-like spacecraft performing gravity-defying feats as it travels through different planets. The trailer provides glimpses of the different worlds and locations players can explore in the game. There is even a quick reference in the trailer to the Stanley Kubrick film 2001: A Space Odyssey. The trailer has a countdown going on in the background that is revealed to be the game's release date.

Exo One will be releasing next Thursday on Xbox Game Pass, and it won't be the only new sci-fi game coming to the service soon. The Gunk, developed by Image & Form and published by Thunderful Publishing, will also be releasing day one on Game Pass on December 16. The game will have players take on the role of the space scavenger Rani exploring a mysterious alien planet while she tries to clean up the titular substance that is corrupting life on the planet.

Exo One is scheduled to release on November 18 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S.
