Following its announcement yesterday, Microsoft's Inside Xbox stream went live today and showcased new details about Project xCloud, a new look at The Outer Worlds, and some new additions to the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. Considering that new titles like The Outer Worlds will launch and Xbox exclusive Gears 5 have previously launched on the service, new games coming to it are likely a big deal for many.

Xbox Game Pass allows players to choose, download, and play a variety of titles, as well as earn exclusive deals and discounts on certain games. It can be purchased for $9.99/month, but it can also be bundled with Xbox Live Gold in a deal known as Game Pass Ultimate for $14.99/month for console players, though Microsoft does promote constant deals for those considering the upgraded version of Game Pass. However, the latest set of games to be announced are only for the PC version of Game Pass.

The 4 new Xbox Game Pass additions for PC are Saints Row 4: Re-Elected, DiRt Rally 2.0, Cities Skylines, and Bad North. They stopped short of announcing when these games will be arriving on the service, but it should be soon, and many gamers are likely happy about that fact.

The Saints Row series, for example, is a fan-favorite franchise, with the fourth game ranking high among the various titles. Those fans may be further excited to know that a new Saints Row game is in deep development at Volition, so hopefully, something about that gets announced sooner rather than later. DiRT Rally 2.0 is a racing simulator that fans of Rally racing will enjoy, but it doesn't have the popularity that Saints Row does.

Cities Skylines is a city simulation game that stands out due to its modern take and use of new gameplay elements that make it feel as legitimate as possible. Bad North, for the many who haven't heard of it, is a real-time tactics roguelite about defending an island kingdom from Vikings and trying to lead a people in exodus. While these may not be the typical cup of tea for several gamers, perhaps it's worth checking out now that they're releasing on Xbox Game Pass for PC.
