The WWE Hall of Fame is filled with immense talent that has played a significant role in the evolution of the series. Of all these names, a few are well known for being figures that first attained fame and popularity outside the WWE’s squared circle. With WWE 2K22’s DLC already confirming numerous playable celebrities, fans are hoping that future WWE 2K titles will also have some great celebrity guests in their rosters.

WWE 2K22’s DLC has already confirmed celebrities like Mr. T, Logan Paul, and Machine Gun Kelly as playable superstars, and the excitement around being able to play as them or against them has many fans waiting for their release. With the massive hype already surrounding the incoming celebrities, Visual Concepts should also consider using the celebrities from the Hall of Fame list in future games to give a more diverse roster.

Mike Tyson

Mike Tyson was a force in the boxing ring, and his appearances in the WWE were both legendary and instrumental to the success of the Attitude Era. His partnership with DX and his appearance as an enforcer during the Shawn Michaels vs. Steve Austin main event at WrestleMania 14 will make him an enjoyable character and a big centerpiece of a possible Shawn Michaels or DX showcase.

Mike Tyson would be a great addition as a manager or a superstar with his own signature move set. Fans would have a great time pitting him against some of the best strikers in the WWE like the Undertaker, and they would be able to create some unique rivalries in MyGM and Universe mode - especially with Logan Paul. As a superstar, playing him with the newer striking system introduced in WWE 2K22 would make his superstar much more realistic, and certain moves like the WMD are already in the game.

Arnold Schwarzenegger

The Terminator From WWE 2K16

The legendary action movie star would be another great addition to a future WWE 2K title, especially when talking about a potential DX showcase given his friendship with Triple H. The characters he has portrayed in his many films have often made their way to the games thanks to WWE 2K's expansive creation suite. Having Arnie or any of his famous characters like the Terminator enter the WWE 2K roster would be huge.

After being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015, fans have wanted the chance to play as the action movie star and compete against some current WWE superstars and legends. The chance to pit the Terminator against the Undertaker would make a childhood dream come to life, and experiencing Arnie’s journey with DX legend Triple H would be a great addition to future WWE 2K games.

Snoop Dogg

Machine Gun Kelly not only played a big part in the music for WWE 2K22, as he was the Executive Soundtrack Producer, but he will also be a playable superstar upon the release of the upcoming DLC. His role in WWE, however, was not as momentous as that of Snoop Dogg, who has already been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame due to his numerous performances and WrestleMania moments. He is also a huge fan of the sports entertainment industry, and his cousin happens to be the dominant superstar Sasha Banks.

With all this in mind, the question is no longer if he should appear in a future WWE 2K title, but which one will include him first. Whether as a partner to Sasha Banks, a manager who could possibly perform during a superstar’s entrance, or even as a guest GM in the MyGM game mode, Snoop Dogg would be a welcomed addition to future WWE 2K titles - especially since fans would be able to schedule him to fight other artists like MGK.

WWE 2K titles have a long list of Hall of Fame celebrities they can add to their game, which would not only add meaningful content, but could also let many fans relive some great WrestleMania moments. With the likes of William Shatner, Ozzy Osbourne, and even Drew Carey all being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame for their contributions, having them appear in future games would add all sorts of exciting scenarios where fans will be able to experience the impact they had in the WWE. With the release of the DLC packs approaching, fans will remain hopeful that future WWE 2K rosters will include celebrity guest stars that turned into WWE legends.

WWE 2K22 is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
