A WWE 2K23 content creator has made several non-playable characters and hidden models available for usage in the game. With WWE 2K23's large roster, there's no limit to the variety of match-ups that can be made. The selection of current superstars and wrestling legends is diverse enough to allow players to enjoy the game in whichever way they choose. As with a lot of previous WWE games, DLC also plays an important part in extending the available selection of superstars. WWE 2K23 recently announced its DLC roster, which will include the likes of Bray Wyatt, Bad News Barrett, the Steiners, and Eve Torres, among others. Not to mention, Ruthless Aggression era versions of John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Batista, and Randy Orton are purchasable as well. The line-up of wrestlers provides many options for those looking to play the game with their favorite superstar. However, one WWE 2K23 content creator has provided more characters for usage in the game.RELATED: WWE 2K22’s Roster Doesn't Hold a Candle to WWE 2K23'sTwitter user WhatsTheStatus has collaborated with many different WWE 2K23 content creators to unlock and upload a variety of hidden models and non-playable characters for play. Classic versions of characters such as Roman Reigns in his SHIELD attire, Santos Escobar with face paint, and even staff like referees and announcers like Michael Cole and Mike Rome, just to name a few. The said characters can be downloaded on Community Creations and will take up creation slots, but since these are official WWE 2K23 models, the quality is similar to on-disc superstars. Some of these models can also be assigned as alternate attires so that they can retain their in-game identifiers such as call names.

Since its early launch on March 14, 2023, WWE 2K23's Community Creations has been littered with many custom superstars. From former roster members and celebrities, to wrestlers from other promotions, the continuous drive for creators to upload their stuff is impressive. While the quantity over quality debate might be important to discuss here, it's definitely great that users want to share their originals with the world. It's even better that left-over models have been found and shared for the WWE Universe to appreciate and play with.

However, unlike last year when WhatsTheStatus was able to upload MyFaction-locked models to WWE 2K22, this year seems to be different. While WWE 2K23's MyFaction is better than the previous year's, many fans are still disgruntled over the fact that the mode contains exclusive superstars not available for play anywhere else. It may take some time for WWE 2K23's content creators to find a way to upload this year's MyFaction exclusives, but with the progress they've made as early as now in uploading secret models, this option is a possibility just waiting to happen.

WWE 2K23 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
