WWE 2K22 is quickly approaching its release date of March 11, and developer Visual Concepts is feeling confident enough in the current state of WWE 2K22's roster to start rolling out information to fans. Unfortunately, it's doing so drip by drip, so it's somewhat difficult to keep track of every confirmed WWE 2K22 roster addition and rating. For what it's worth, here are the recent confirmations for WWE 2K22.

Seven wrestlers in total have been confirmed for WWE 2K22 recently, as well as those wrestlers' ratings. Three of those wrestlers are from the current roster, while the remaining four are part of the game's NWO 4-Life Edition DLC pack. The three current roster Superstars in WWE 2K22 are Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, and Bianca Belair. Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre's ratings are confirmed to be an impressive 91. Bianca Belair, disappointingly, has received a score of 86.

The NWO 4-Life Edition DLC will include four classic wrestlers. They are, naturally, the first three NWO members in Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, and Scott Hall. Then, as a surprising fourth addition, the bundle includes Syxx, better known to WWE audiences as X-Pac. Hulk Hogan, who would never settle for anything less, has the top rating in the group with a 92. Both Kevin Nash and Scott Hall follow Hogan with their own respectable scores of 90. Then, rounding out the four is Syxx with a score of 88.

Comparing these scores to WWE 2K20, the most recent release in the franchise, only Hogan has the same score as prior. The remaining six Superstars have all seen their ratings improve since the last game, which is likely why WWE is promoting them for the new title.

WWE fans have been worried for some time that the company's dramatic reduction in staff over the past few years would hurt Visual Concepts' ability to create a compelling game and roster. The truth of that remains to be seen, but it isn't slowing down the rollout of confirmed WWE 2K22 Superstars. Releasing them one by one will, at the very least, make it seem like the roster is large.

As for the WWE Superstars' ratings, everything seems in line with past WWE 2K games. Ratings typically cap out at 93, so having two former WWE champions in Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre with 91s isn't surprising. Bianca Belair, however, is a former Smackdown Women's Champion herself. Perhaps it will change, depending on Belair's booking through Wrestlemania. Expect more wrestlers and ratings in the weeks to come.

WWE 2K22 releases March 11 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
