Prior to launch, WWE 2K19 released a bizarre trailer that showed some of the weirder things that would be included in the game, including a zombie Triple H and Bray Wyatt's signature match, the House of Horrors match. However, some fans have discovered that actually accessing some of this content isn't straightforward, particularly when it comes to unlocking and playing the House of Horrors match.

From what we can tell, there are two ways to unlock the House of Horrors match in WWE 2K19. The quickest way would be to purchase the accelerator for $5, which puts players on the fast track to unlocking all of the locked wrestlers, arenas, championships, etc. Luckily for those who don't want to spend additional money on the game, though, there is an in-game method to unlock the House of Horrors match as well.

To unlock the House of Horrors match in-game, players need to go through MyCareer mode with their created superstar and complete the feud with Bray Wyatt. When that's over with, they should then be able to start a House of Horrors match by going to Backstage Brawl and changing the arena to the Wyatt Compound.

Getting into a House of Horrors match is a little convoluted, but at least the option is in the game. WWE 2K19 is actually missing some content that makes it a little outdated compared to present-day WWE, including the lack of Tommaso Ciampa and having a silver steel Hell in a Cell cage instead of the red one that the company recently debuted.

Some fans who purchased the base game at launch instead of pre-ordering may also be wondering where Ronda Rousey is. As it turns out, Rousey is a pre-order bonus for WWE 2K19, meaning that the current Raw Women's Champion and one of the company's biggest stars is simply inaccessible to a sizable portion of the game's audience.

Of course, future updates to WWE 2K19 could unlock Ronda Rousey for everyone, not to mention make Tommaso Ciampa a playable fighter and make it easier to get into the House of Horrors match. Time will tell if the developers make any of these changes, but fans will just have to stay tuned to find out.

WWE 2K19 is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
