WWE 12 SSX Music Prototype 2 Serious Sam 3 Need For Speed The Run and Star Wars The Old Republic Trailers

Game Rant is serving up a smorgasbord of trailers and videos from all of the recesses of the video game industry. Today you will find new trailers for Prototype 2, WWE '12, Serious Sam 3: BFE, Need for Speed: The Run, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and SSX!

The world of SSX is in its own league. The depth and detail this game goes into are beyond anything a winter sports game has seen before. EA Sports didn't hold back when they crafted the game's massive environments. Just yesterday, a trailer full of tricks offered  a first taste of the game's musical flair.

Now, Electronic Arts has given us an awesome look into the mind behind the music production of SSX, Freddy Ouano. This video also shows a ton of new footage from the game, and offers an in-depth breakdown of how music will flow with the gameplay. Watch "The Music of SSX" below:

The WWE video game franchise has always been a force to be reckoned with. The games that THQ dish out every year seem to only get better with age, and WWE '12 is no exception. The roster is huge — no, gigantic! — and with the recent announcement that Mick Foley has been added as DLC, WWE '12 will have no holds barred.

Check out the features: predator mode, a new camera system, three different road to Wrestlemania storylines, the WWE Universe career mode, over 80 match types (steel cage, elimination chamber, 40 man royal rumble, and more), tons of DLC, an amazingly in-depth creative suite, and the ability to create your own arena. Take a look at the WWE '12 launch trailer below:

Players wanted a more diverse visual world with Prototype 2, and they are going to get it. The world has become expansive with the inclusion of three wildly different zones — green, yellow, and red. The game has also expanded on its combat system. A cinematic trailer reveals the story behind the madness.

Radical Entertainment definitely delivers on a grand scale. Each area in the New York Zero map has its own unique dynamic, giving the player a wide variety of tactical options. Watch the "Welcome to NYZ" trailer below:

Prototype 2 releases April 24, 2012, for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Serious Sam 3: BFE holds nothing back with the "Blood and Gore" trailer. Outdoing the previous trailer for SS3: BFE, this trailer has jacked up the adrenaline and, of course, the gore. The demented folks at Croteam pulled out all the stops for this one. Check out the blood-soaked trailer below:

Serious Sam 3: BFE will be released on the PC November 22, 2011.

Unlike Michael Bay's fast-cut explosive trailer for Need for Speed The Run, this new trailer hosts a great deal of gameplay footage -- and still keeps up with Bay's insane adrenaline! With big stars in the cast, slick cars, beautiful cinematics, and a high-intensity storyline, this could be the very best of the Need for Speed franchise yet. Watch the launch trailer below:

Need for Speed The Run is available now for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, 3DS, and PC.

Last, but certainly not least, we have BioWare's highly anticipated Star Wars: The Old Republic. This new trailer focuses on the character dynamics of a Trooper and a Sith Inquisitor. Much like the trailer pitting Bounty Hunter vs. Jedi, the developers really go at it in a heated debate as they debate the pros and cons of each character. Watch "Choose your side: Trooper or Sith Inquisitor" below:

Star Wars: The Old Republic releases December 20, 2011 for the PC.
