One of the newest features of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is the crafting order system. One of the key features in the Dragonflight expansion is a revamp of professions in World of Warcraft. Rather than feeling like a secondary, non-vital part of the game, it's a big focus for players as they explore the Dragon Isles. Players can focus on specific crafting specializations to create powerful armor, weapons, and more.

A big part of the new profession system is the crafting orders. Instead of spending time in trade chat looking for someone to make an item, you can talk to someone and post your listing and the price you're willing to pay. Conversely, if you're looking to make some easy money, you can browse work orders to fulfill and make some extra gold. One important rule to remember is that you can only fill one order per day.

How To Post A Crafting Order in Dragonflight?

You'll be able to post and request crafting orders in Veldrakken, the new capital city for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. The NPCs you'll need to talk to are in The Artisan's Market and there are three of them:

  • Head Clerk Mimzy Sprazzlerock (34,63)

Make sure you also talk to Azley, who is standing right next to these three clerks. She has a quest that goes over some of the basic info for filling crafting orders and can give you some profession-related rewards, too.

When placing an order navigate the left menu to find your appropriate request nested within the drop-down menus. For example, if you want a Mail Waist, select Armor > Mail > Waist on the left, and your options will appear in the center of the screen.
