For fans of the WWE 2K series, finding out the full playable character roster and their overall ratings is nearly as exciting as the cover star announcement. Fans of the wrestling sim series wait months to see if their favorite wrestlers has been given great stats after some strong performances in the ring.

However, for some wrestlers and their fans, the roster ratings reveal is more of a time to starting swinging and putting up fists than it is a time to celebrate. The worst rated wrestlers in the WWE 2K series, as the series has been called since 2K took over the license in 2013, will likely be feeling hard done by and that they want their ratings adjusted.

7 General Adnan

WWE 2K General Adnan

Adnan Bin Abdul Kareem Ahmed Alkaissy El Farthie, or General Adnan as he's called in the ring, has been a part of the wrestling industry since the sixties. General Adnan helped to make wrestling popular in Iraq at the behest of his old school friend Sadam Hussein, and in the World Wrestling Federation where he was part of a pro-Iraq storyline that saw him and Colonel Mustafa go up against the controversial wrestler Hulk Hogan at Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania.

General Adnan left the WWF in 1992 but his character lived on and was playable in WWE 2K15 and later in WWE 2K16 where he had a respectable but not overpowered 77 rating.

6 Stephanie McMahon

WWE 2K Stephanie McMahon

Stephanie McMahon is part of a wrestling dynasty. She is the granddaughter and great granddaughter of two wrestling promoters, her father is WWE chairman and CEO Vincent K. McMahon, and she's married to Triple H. Stephanie McMahon has also held the WWF Women's Championship and was the SmackDown General Manager.

However, WWE 2K14 developer Yuke's may not have wanted to show favoritism. This may explain why Stephanie McMahon had the low overall rating of 74 in the game.

5 Cameron

WWE 2K Cameron

2015 was a tumultuous year for WWE Diva Cameron. While she did take part in storylines with Nikki Bella, competing for her WWE Divas Championship in a battle royal, and she won a triple threat match between herself, Natalya, and Alicia Fox, she also lost several singles matches against Naomi, Page, and Summer Rae. Towards the end of the year she was also moved to WWE NXT and in early 2016 she was released from her contract.

Yuke's likely felt as confident in Cameron's abilities as the WWE organization did. When WWE 2K16 was released in October 2015, Cameron had an overall rating of just 73.

4 Summer Rae

WWE 2K Summer Rae

2014 was one of WWE Diva Summer Rae's last years of wrestling with the organization. She had some fun storylines as Fandango's dance partner, which saw the duo take part in a love triangle as well as a dance off, and she had a feud against Layla which saw her take part in a Money in the Bank match. Not long after, Summer Rae was moved to Raw and was then was released from her contract in 2017 as she'd been injured and inactive for a year.

Having an active career didn't help Summer Rae's rating, however. The wrestler was given a mediocre rating of 73 when WWE 2K15 was released.

3 Sawyer Fulton

WWE 2K Sawyer Fulton

Sawyer Fulton spent four years with the WWE brand but never graduated from NXT. He was mostly a tag team wrestler until he was unceremoniously dumped from his contract in November 2017 after nearly a year off-screen, after he was dropped from the Sanity wrestling stable.

The ending of his contract would have been a difficult one to handle, not just because Sawyer Fulton would have had to go and find new employment. That year, the wrestler was also the lowest rated wrestler in WWE 2K18 as Yuke's only gave him a rating of 69.

2 Bo Dallas

WWE 2K Bo Dallas

Bo Dallas is part of a long wrestling legacy as his father and his father before him were wrestlers too. By 2016, Dallas also became the youngest NXT champion, had been moved to Raw, had taken part in a battle royal at WrestleMania, and had teamed up with Curtis Axel.

None of this was good enough for Yuke's, though, who only gave Bo Dallas a rating of 67 in WWE 2K17. The wrestler is unlikely to be one of the overpowered wrestlers in WWE 2K20, but Bo Dallas may get a higher rating this year as he has since won the Raw Tag Team Championship and has moved to SmackDown as part of this year's Superstar Shake-up.

1 Curt Hawkins

WWE 2K Curt Hawkins

Curt Hawkins has been connected to WWE since 2006, having been released from his contract once and joining TNA. Things weren't great when the wrestler came back in 2016 as, by 2017, Curt Hawkins had been put on a losing streak storyline. The wrestler had losses handed to him by Seth Rollins, Heath Slater, Braun Strowman, and the tag team of Jinder Mohal and Alicia Fox.

When Yuke's released WWE 2K19, Curt Hawkins had an overall rating of 64, making him the worst rated wrestler in a WWE 2K game. The streak didn't end until April 7, 2019 at WrestleMania, by which time his losing streak was up to 269 matches but as he managed to take home the Raw Tag Team Championship, Hawkins may be rated a little higher in WWE 2K20.
