It may have been more than five years ago that World of Warcraft dropped its popular Legion expansion back in 2016, but the grind is still on for some players when it comes to the expansion's faction rep. The incredibly popular MMO expansion featured some very iconic factions full of cool gameplay and aesthetic rewards and some players are still putting the time into grinding those reputations all these years later.

Luckily for those players, this week brings some exciting bonuses that are going to greatly speed up the World of Warcraft Legion rep grind for a few days. There are a handful of perks to take advantage of, so players who still have rep left to grind won’t want to miss this opportunity to play catchup and possibly finish off those rep grinds once and for all.

There are two key rep bonuses that fans of the MMO will want to take note of to make the most of this opportunity. First, there’s the Sign of the Legion buff that offers “Legion reputation gained from combat and quests increased by 50%”. In addition, there is the Sign of the Emissary (Completing World Quests will grant additional reputation gains with the related factions). All together, that adds up to a 100% bonus on reputation for World Quests completed in the Legion content.

The most important thing to keep in mind while planning how to take advantage of this opportunity is the limitation of the Sign of the Emissary bonus. Those reputation gains are limited to World Quests only, so that is where players should focus all of their energy while working through the Legion content this week. Figure out World Quests are associated with the factions that you are grinding and then complete every only being offered each day of the week to get the most out of the 100% reputation bonus opportunity.

The bonuses are available for the full game week (until the next reset), so players have through next Monday to grind away and rack up as much reputation as possible before things return to normal with the next Tuesday reset. From artifact appearances to recipes and other profession perks, there are a lot of benefits to the grind for endgame players, so expect to see some decent traffic in the Legion hotspots throughout this week.
