There are several Dim Lunarlight Pods to be found across World of Warcraft's Ardenweald zone, and each one has an an associated treasure. Before players can loot these chests, though, they must first illuminate the Dim Lunarlight Pods, and that is done through solving short puzzles. For those fans that may be having some trouble with these Lunarlight Pod puzzles in World of Warcraft, this guide is here to help.

To begin, there are two types of Dim Lunarlight Pod treasures in WoW's Shadowlands expansion, and indeed they are not accessed in exactly the same way. The first type that a player might encounter is designated on the mini-map as a "Lunarlight Pod," and anyone can collect these treasures. To do so, fans simply need to run over five Lunarlight Buds, changing them from blue to purple, before interacting with the previously-dim Lunarlight Pod, and here are the coordinates for each of those Buds:

The other Dim Lunarlight Pod treasure in World of Warcraft is the Large Lunarlight Pod, and not everyone can open this one. Indeed, only players that have selected the Night Fae as their Shadowlands Covenant can access the Large Lunarlight Pod treasure, as Anima must be channeled to Glitterfall Basin. This channeling can be performed from the Anima Conductor in the Heart of the Forest, and fans can go to the treasure at 51.69 32.39 when it is done.

Upon arrival in Glitterfall Basin, WoW players will again need to activate a Dim Lunarlight Pod by walking over several Lunarlight Buds, but their locations are not fixed for the Large Lunarlight Pod treasure. This means that fans will need to scout out the Lunarlight Buds for themselves this time around, and that can be a fairly tedious endeavor. That said, there is a strategy that players can employ to make their searches quite a bit easier.

Specifically, it is recommended that fans create a /tar Lunarlight Bud macro, and then press it repeatedly while exploring the area. Upon locating a Bud with this macro, players are advised to mark it and continue on with their searches. Ultimately, this process should reveal all of the Lunarlight Buds in the area, allowing players to freely loot the Large Lunarlight Pod treasure, though there is one important caveat: there will occasionally be more than five Buds requiring activation for this Shadowlands treasure.

World of Warcraft is available now for PC.
