In celebration of the upcoming WitcherCon, an official .obj file of the medallion was shared online. Players can download this file for free, and since it is official, they can be certain that all of the minute details they'd want to see in the medallion are there. The hard part is actually finding a 3D printer to print it with.
For players that have their own 3D printer, this is a non-problem, but there are still many that don't have that luxury. While it may be tempting to give up at this point, it is surprisingly easy to find a public 3D printer in most locations. To start off, check with local libraries to see if any happen to have 3D printers that are available for public use. Another option is to find 3D printing services in the area, but keep in mind that these will likely charge extra for the service itself.
The Witcher suggests that the medallion be made to be about 5 cm, as this should yield an appropriate size for most people. Players that are a bit taller or shorter than average may want to adjust this slightly, however.
