Due to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt‘s grand ambitions, the team over at CD Projekt RED has been busy with updates to make sure that the game continues to run smoothly. As many remember, remember, at launch The Witcher 3 had its fair share of issues. Thankfully, all of CD Projekt Red’s hard work has paid off, resulting in patch 1.07, which will address most, if not all, of the title’s bugs and current problems.
Altogether the latest improvements for Witcher 3 weight in at a hefty 7 GB, and the patch itself includes a ton of fixes. For instance, the patch provides players with an alternative movement method for Geralt, new stash locations for gear storage, refinements to the inventory system (including a separate tab for books), and so much more. While the most recent patch for the open-world adventure game is already available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Marcin Momot—CD Projekt RED’s Community Lead—assured fans yesterday that all versions of Witcher 3 will be updated soon.
Patch 1.07 will be arriving on all platforms in the next 24h. Once it's live everywhere, we will officially announce it. #TheWitcher

Although CD Projekt RED has practically bent over backwards to please its fans with constant updates and an inordinate amount of free swag, many are still anxious for info regarding the potential addition of a New Game Plus mode. However, Momot and the rest of Witcher 3‘s community remain mum on the issue, as developers have neither confirmed nor denied whether such a mode is possible.
Regardless, most fans ought to be satisfied with all of the content that CD Projekt RED has provided so far. To tell the truth, with Witcher 3 selling more than 4 million copies in two weeks, it’s obvious that the Polish developers are doing something right. Furthermore, the game’s still dominating on the sales charts: Witcher 3 was one of the top five selling games in June.
At any rate, for those who are curious about the comprehensive changes CD Projekt RED has made with the most recent update, head on over to the second page to check out everything that Witcher 3‘s 1.07 patch includes.
