Watch Dogs Legion is just days away from release, which is good news for fans who have long been waiting for the game to see the light of day, especially after the game suffered a couple of delays in the past. Luckily for fans, Ubisoft allows players to pre-load the game and have it ready to play in time for its October 29th release.

For players on the PC, Watch Dogs Legion will be available for pre-loading starting October 26th at 8 AM PT, 11 AM ET. According to Ubisoft, the PC version of Watch Dogs Legion will be approximately 40.4 GB, which is not really that massive but could still take a little bit of time to download for most players.

Moreover, PC players should know that Watch Dogs Legion will not be available via Steam and can only be purchased via the Epic Games Store or Ubisoft Connect. On the other hand, console players should know that Watch Dogs Legion is already available to preload on the Xbox One right now, while those on the PS4 can start downloading it on October 27th.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft released a new trailer for Watch Dogs Legion that featured the game's co-op mode and open-world exploration. According to the latest trailer, players can form groups of up to three players, and the co-op mode will allow players to tackle the many challenges the game has to offer. Moreover, the gameplay preview highlighted how co-op missions would heavily rely on players' teamwork to complete tasks, explore the world, and take on difficult missions.

Apart from the co-op trailer, Ubisoft also revealed that Watch Dogs Legion would have its own premium season pass, DLC, and in-game microtransactions. Alongside the new modes and missions and some additional content, the season pass will include a new story called Bloodlines, which will star the original Watch Dogs protagonist Aiden Pierce. Moreover, the story expansion will also see the return of Wrench from Watch Dogs 2 and a new character named Mina, a subject of transhuman experiments with the ability to control minds. On the other hand, microtransactions will include an in-game store that offers players the chance to purchase optional cosmetics that include skins, operatives, and new masks to wear.

Watch Dogs Legion will launch October 29 for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One. The game will launch with the Xbox Series X on November 10 and the PS5 on November 24.
