Call of Duty: Warzone has a new bug that many streamers, fans, and YouTubers are declaring "game-breaking." This new glitch affects the textures of certain weapons and object models giving them appearances and strange shapes. The Warzone glitch is costing tons of different players matches, and in some cases, they have become so bad that spectating a match becomes impossible.

Warzone streamer CouRage came across an extremely bad case of the glitch after dropping back into a match. The glitch appears to be on the server-side, with multiple players in CouRage's video commenting on witnessing the glitch in real-time.

For a majority of CouRage's video, everything seems to be going as planned in a normal Warzone match. Popular Youtuber and Streamer CourRage quickly discovered the addition of the Minigun in the game and had a match full of fun and laughter. As the circle continues to close, CouRage is eventually sent to the gulag, where he notices that something is wrong with his shotgun. A spikey, badly rendered mess is in his hands, and when he aims it covers the entire screen — making the weapon unusable.

The glitch seems to be focused on the weapon itself. A rendering error is causing it to spike out in unusual ways, resulting in big blocky weaponry. Only around half of the weapons in Warzone are functional once the glitch appears, making the final circle and following confrontations more difficult than they should be.

One of the best and strangest moments in CouRage's video is when he views another player being affected by the crazy Warzone glitch. It is unclear what they are actually seeing, but CouRage can clearly see what looks like a large moving box traveling left and right behind cover. The huge cube is most likely another texture glitch gone wrong, but it gives the appearance of a large and dangerous target.

CouRage is not the only streamer to encounter this glitch, as Timethetatman has also seen it during a Warzone tournament. The glitch happened to another player, causing everyone in the room to experience a large visual bug. After posting the video, CouRage received multiple responses of players posting their own glips of the glitch. The widespread problem is forcing players to quit matches or continue to play at a severe disadvantage. The problem, although known to the game's community, is still not listed on the Infinity Ward Trello board, making it unclear if the developers know about it.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
