Getting downed in Call of Duty: Warzone can often be a death sentence. Although Warzone does provide self-revive and respawn options, it can often take several vital seconds to successfully stand back up. At that time, many players prefer to simply finish the kill, but in the final circle, things can get a tad more difficult.

The final circle places pressure on teams to complete the mission and win the round. With the circle constantly moving and enemies closing in all around, the player makes a gusty decision that would cost his team the game if it did not pay off due to their unique Warzone strategy.

In the clip posted by richards18, only two of the three living squadmates are seen. While one is blasting down covering fire, the other stays behind to help out while the players reload. One the player's squadmates charge in, immediately getting downed. As the player reloads an idea comes to mind. Quickly, he activates his precision airstrike as the storm slowly overtakes his squad's position. As he gets downed, the sounds of explosions fill the air and the kill feed lights up as the airstrike hits perfectly and eliminates all the remaining players in one shot. To be clear, that is a 6x multi-kill clutch at the very end of a long Warzone round.

Airstrikes are extremely powerful during the final circle in Warzone as their damage radius can fill over half the remaining area. The massive damage potential and limited blast options create an interesting problem for enemies to try to avoid, as the gas blocks off most paths to escape.

There is also the inherent danger, because if the precision airstrike is not placed far enough away it could clip into the friendly squad. This would result in a fast squad wipe and could risk losing the entire game. Still, the perfectly placed airstrike seemed to do the job as it caught all the opponents in a single blast giving the win to the downed and injured party.

Players are learning just how powerful airstrikes and cluster strikes are in the final circle. Whether a Warzone player is using them to route enemy retreats or intends to get the full kill entire matches can come down to a well-placed killstreak. The clip makes for an interesting moment and rewarded the team a well-deserved win for their clutch final move.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
