Even though some players may not be too happy with the direction Warzone 2 is heading due to several features being removed from the previous title, there are millions of other players that like Warzone 2 even more. And that's because Warzone 2 changed the pace players played a match, featuring more close-quarter than long-ranged combat.
That's one reason the current meta of Warzone 2 is carrying a close-quarter weapon, like the FSS Hurricane or Lachman Sub. Another viable (and meta) SMG that hardcore players will want to use is the Fennec 45. But, while the Fennec 45 is quite powerful, it also has lots of recoil, meaning players must use the right attachments to get it under control.
Fennec 45 Build
Players will want to use all five Attachment slots for the Fennec 45, unlike other weapons. The main focus of this build is to maximize sprint-to-fire, lower recoil, and increase ammo capacity. As for Perks, players should decide which ones work best for them, but the ones most often used with this build are: Double Time, Bomb Squad, Fast Hands, and Ghost.
Best Laser - VLKLZR 7MW
The best Laser to attach to the Fennec 45 is the VLKLZR 7MW since it greatly reduces Aim Down Sight while lowering Sprint to Fire. An additional benefit is that Aiming Stability is also increased, which will help during mid-range fights (players should use the M4 for long-range gunfights). The only downside of this Laser is that it's visible to enemy players, but by the time they notice it may be too late. As for Weapon Tuning, players should prioritize Aim Down Sight Speed and Aiming Idle Stability.
Best Stock - FTAC Locktight Stock
The ideal Stock to use for the Fennec 45 is the FTAC Locktight Stock since it slightly increases Sprint Speed and Aim Down Sight Speed. And since the Fennec 45 is an SMG, players can expect to traverse the map faster (even more so with the Double Time Perk). The only downside of using the FTAC Locktight is reduced Recoil Control, but with the other Attachments, players won't have to worry too much about it. For the Stock Tuning, players should maximize Aim Down Sight Speed and Aiming Idle Stability once again.
Best Grip - Phase-3 Grip
To counter the loss of Recoil Control from the previous Attachment, players will want to use the Phase-3 Grip. This Grip greatly increases Recoil Stabilization and improves Aiming Idle Stability. The Phase-3 Grip also helps with Hipfire Accuracy, perfect for close-quarter Multiplayer combat. The only Grip Tuning players should do on the Fennec 45 is Aim Idle Stability.
Best Magazine - Fennec Mag 45
Players must use the largest Magazine available for the Fennec 45, the 45 Mag. But, of course, this magazine increase comes with lots of cons, but overall the benefit of having more bullets in the chamber makes up for it.
Best Muzzle - Lockshot KT85
The final Attachment that the Fennec 45 needs to become an absolute monster is the Lockshot KT85 Muzzle. And while it increases Aim Down Sight Speed, it helps control Vertical and Horizontal Recoil Control. As for the Muzzle Tuning, players should maximize Gun Kick Control, which allows players to control the initial kick of the gun.
