Earlier this week, Gamestop's Game Days Summer Sale, a two week sale that begins on Sunday and offers fans deep discounts on both new and pre-owned games, was announced. With this chance to pickup a bevy of discounted games on the horizon, some may be interested in upgrading the displays that they will play these titles on, and, thanks to a new Walmart sale on 4K TVs, now might be one of the best opportunities to make such an upgrade.

Indeed, Walmart is currently offering some serious price cuts on 4K TVs of all different varieties. This includes 4K TVs from RCA, Samsung, Sony Bravia, TCL, and Vizio, and sizes on these discounted models range from a respectable 43-inches to a massive 82-inches. This array of options means that there are 4K TVs at many different price points available in Walmart's sale, and players that are looking for an entry point into 4K can even get a 43-inch RCA for just $159.99.

For those that are interested in perusing the 4K TVs currently included in the Walmart sale, here is a selection:

RCA 4K UHD TVs:

Samsung 4K UHD TVs:

Samsung 4K QLED TVs:

Sony Bravia 4K UHD TVs:

TCL 4K UHD TVs:

Vizio 4K UHD TVs:

To note, the Amazon Prime Day dates have recently been revealed, and players can almost certainly expect to find discounted TVs when this sitewide sale arrives. As such, some may wish to hold off to see what Amazon has to offer before taking the plunge on a 4K TV. However, considering just how substantial some of the price cuts outlined above are, it is hard to imagine that the Prime Day discounts will be able to top Walmart's sale by a significant margin.

Additionally, players that have not upgraded their original PS4s and Xbox Ones, for the more powerful Pro and X models, may still not find it necessary to make the leap to a 4K display. That said, the forthcoming PS5, Xbox Scarlett, and Google Stadia will support 4K, and this Walmart 4K TV sale seems to be a good time for fans that have their eyes set on one of these upcoming consoles to prepare for their power, and save while doing so.
