When it comes to PlayStation 5 restocks, one retailer that has been the most consistent is Walmart. Walmart PS5 restocks have been a regular occurrence since Sony's next-generation console launched two years ago, and with PS5 stock increased dramatically, even more restocks are on the way.

The increase in console supply has led to situations where PS5 consoles have been spotted at Walmart stores independent of special restock events, but it's still been a challenge for many consumers to get their hands on one. Next week, Walmart shoppers will have three separate opportunities to buy a PlayStation 5 console, with three special restock dates announced. The restocks will include the standard PlayStation 5 disc console for $499, the Digital Edition for $399, the God of War Ragnarok PS5 bundle for $559, and the God of War Ragnarok PS5 Digital Edition bundle for $459.

The first Walmart PS5 restock will take place online on Monday, November 21 at 12pm ET, and it will be exclusive to those who are subscribed to the Walmart+ service. The second Walmart PS5 restock will happen on November 23 at 12pm ET, and it will be online-only as well, but it will be open to all Walmart customers, regardless of if they're signed up for Walmart+ or not. And finally, the third restock will happen in-stores on Black Friday, November 25, and it will also be open to all customers.

The Walmart+ subscription program, for the uninitiated, gives customers a variety of benefits to take advantage of, including first dibs on console restocks. Those who shop at Walmart regularly may want to look into a Walmart+ subscription even after they get their hands on a PS5 console, as there are other perks to take into account, like free delivery, Paramount+ access, and early access to some of the store's big Black Friday deals. For frequent Walmart shoppers, it may very well pay for itself, but those who have been using it just to make getting a PS5 easier may want to cancel their subscription soon.

It's possible, though unconfirmed, that this will be the last major PS5 restock before Christmas, and so anyone hoping to secure a PS5 by then may want to look into next week's Walmart PS5 restock events. Other retailers will likely have PS5 consoles available next week as well, so shoppers have other options to consider if Walmart doesn't work out.
