Black Friday 2017 (November 24) is now less than two weeks away and deals for the massive shopping event are being revealed ahead of time. After retailers like Target revealed its video game discounts, it's time for Walmart to get in on the fun, showing off its incredible savings on games consoles.

Walmart's Black Friday 2017 ads include major discounts on PS4 and Xbox One consoles. According to the ad (pictured below), come November 24, shoppers will be able to bag themselves a PS4 Slim with a 1TB hard drive for just $199, which is $100 off the retail price for the system. It's worth noting that this is in line with the PS4 Black Friday deals that Sony announced last week, so shoppers in the United States are unlikely to find a price cheaper than this.

Those who are already satisfied with their console and just want some extra accessories can pick up a PlayStation VR bundle for $300 (a $100 saving), including a copy of Gran Turismo Sport. Walmart is also selling DualShock 4 controllers for $20 off, as they are now down to $39 each.

Walmart shoppers can get themselves an Xbox One S with a 500GB hard drive for $189, which is a $50 saving. Walmart is also offering Xbox Live Gold 3-month subscriptions for almost half-off (they cost $12.50) and Xbox One controllers are down to $39. Turtle Beach Recon 50P Universal Headsets are as cheap as $25 each and are compatible with both PS4 and Xbox One.

The Walmart Black Friday 2017 ad doesn't include discounts on the Nintendo Switch console, which is understandable given the high demand for the hardware. However, it does offer some savings for Switch owners. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Explorer's Edition is down to just $49, while the wired Nintendo Switch controller will cost $17 each (a saving of around $8).

For those who want to play games on the go but can't afford (or find) a Switch, Walmart does at least offer savings for another Nintendo handheld. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Nintendo 2DS bundle has had its price cut to just $79. The 2DS usually costs $79, so buyers will essentially be getting a free copy of the Zelda game.

As the countdown to Black Friday 2017 gets even shorter, more and more ads and big deals will be revealed. So watch this space for the latest on those gaming savings.
