In the video game community, gaming based offenses are considered especially heinous. In cities across the world, gamers share stories of others breaking unwritten rules of gaming etiquette. These rules shall be unwritten no more. A group of dedicated gamers will take their own experiences and others' and document these offenses, laying down laws to prevent further crimes.

These are those laws.

All gamers are not created equal. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Every person is not a master of every hyper combo finish in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Even some of the best fighting game aficionados have had troubles pulling of their favorite character's fatalities in Mortal Kombat. Gamers should always strive to be challenged, by the game itself and by other gamers. Gamers should also be aware of an opponent that seems like an easy victory. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Taking advantage of the weak is not something you should do.

This dramatic depiction of a sinister plot gone wrong is a cautionary tale for all you schemers out there. Never take advantage of the weak (or those you perceive as such) unless you have been underestimated by an arrogant gamer. During an epic battle between gamers, anything is possible. Never take any opponent for granted.
