And while this year saw the release of several triple-A games such as Death Stranding, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Pokemon Sword and Shield, and many others, 2020 appears to be shaping up quite well with its lineup of games. While players can expect a multitude of heavy-hitters releasing soon, several of the titles in the early months of 2020 are games that were originally set to release this year but were pushed back to the new year.

Given this, it appears that the start of a new decade wouldn't disappoint gamers, given the strong lineup of games that can be expected from both indie and household video game developers and publishers. To make it easier for players to keep track of games they can't wait to get their hands on, here is a roundup of all the highly-anticipated titles that are confirmed and expected to be released in 2020.
