Two Point Campus' students and staff are a varied bunch with a wide range of traits both good and bad, and knowing how to manage them is essential to the school's success. One particularly troublesome negative trait is the "Hostile" trait, so here's how to handle it.
Two Point Campus is a business simulation game developed by Two Point Studios and published by Sega. Players are tasked with building and managing an increasingly wacky and ridiculous university campus with a wide range of possible subjects. From managing individual students and staff to creating the ideal classroom to study archeology, magic, or subterfuge, the player is never short of options.
Viewing The Traits Of Students And Staff

In order to plan accordingly for potential problems stemming from someone's traits, it helps to know where to find those traits in the menu. A Student's personality and traits, among other important details, can be found in the Student Overview Menu.
This can be accessed by heading for the student section of the Personnel Management menu. Players can mouse over a trait in the Student Overview Menu for further details and information on that trait.
Dealing With Hostile Students

The simplest and most efficient way to deal with Hostile Students is to expel them from school before they have a chance to ruin things. While this seems harsh, it makes more sense once players understand how Hostile Students impact the school as a whole. Hostile students will abuse and harass other students, making them sad and causing them to fail classes. Students affected by Hostile Students require additional Pastoral Care too, making the management of the school even more complicated and generally causing additional problems.
So, to reiterate, the easiest and most efficient way of handling Hostile Students is to simply get rid of them immediately at the start of the school year by going through the Personnel Management tab for students and checking every student to identify the hostile students immediately, and then hitting the trash icon at the bottom of the student file to expel them from the school.
Dealing With Hostile Teachers

Same deal here as when dealing with Hostile Students, don't hire them and fire them if they're already present. The rest of the school will be grateful to not have to handle this additional source of stress and problems, and it saves money in the long run by reducing the need for Pastoral Care.
