BrookeAB, a Twitch streamer for 100 Thieves, opened up on Twitter via a Twitlonger about her experiences with stalking, which ultimately lead her to take a month long break from streaming. She has a message for anyone engaging in cyber terrorism, reminding them that it is a crime punishable by heavy fines and jail time.

She is currently unable to share many details about the last 6 months due to the ongoing investigation. BrookeAB described the last 6 months as being "an emotional nightmare" for herself, family and friends, and many other innocent people.  Fortunately, with the help of many law enforcement departments from multiple states including Washington, California, Oregon, and New York, The FBI, and a team of international forensic online security experts they have had a break in the case. With the help of these experts, a handful of these offenders have been identified and will be held accountable for their actions.

BrookeAB went on to discuss that she, and countless other women around the world have been targeted by online abusers. For the last year, and currently still,  she, and others who support her are being harassed and threatened with murder, arson, bodily harm, and job loss. These threats are aimed at herself, relatives, friends, and even strangers. These stalkers are threatening to dox BrookeAB and her family. Doxing is defined as searching for and publishing private or identifying information about (a particular individual) on the internet, typically with malicious intent.

She knows that not everyone has access to a team that can work around the clock to find these criminals, so she is working on building a program with her team to help others that are experiencing the same level of harassment. She is teaming up with a handful of fellow female streamers, and law enforcement to help put and end to harassment, and make the gaming community a safer place.

The steamer went on to reveal that she will be announcing the program officially soon, however she did not give a definitive date. She expressed that she is very excited to be able to help empower fellow streamers, and help everyone gain access to the resources and the proper information to identify these abusers and hold them criminally & civilly accountable.

BrookeAB went on to thank her team, law enforcement, her family, and friends for their support and patience. She closed her Twitlonger by thanking the brands and fellow streamers that are willing to fight for a positive change. She received an outpouring of support from fellow streamers, 100 Thieves members, and many others in the gaming community via comments on her Twitter post.
