Twitch streamer Alinity finds herself in hot water with her community once again. While Alinity may be most known for her Apex Legends and World of Warcraft streams, she's recently being doing some IRL streams with fellow Twitch streamers Mizkif and Maya.

In a recent Twitch clip, she had gone to a Shake Shack with them and some others, and comments on stream suggest that the staff had been watching their table or a custom had complained. Reportedly, the primary issue was with their server who "didn't like" HAchubby and was apparently rude to her because she was having trouble ordering. Alinity would go on to say that the server became upset with HAchubby because he was "racist," implying the server was upset because HAchubby's first language isn't English.

The comment didn't go over well with many in the Twitch community. Many pointed out that she should be more careful with accusations made in front of 55,000 viewers, with some citing that Alinity could have caused him to lose his job with such a remark. This is because many consider it to be a claim without real evidence, and the backlash was so big that it was posted on the LivestreamFails subreddit and subsequently removed from Twitch. The backlash go to the point that some slammed the streamers as "delusional millionaires."After all, as pointed out by many, the restaurant worker may have had a bad day at work, and there was nothing made available to suggest it had anything to do with racism.

The aforementioned streamers' responses to the backlash have been mixed. Mizkif stated that he wasn't "sorry for sh*t" and that he wasn't being an "a**hole," but Alinity did hop on stream to inform her audience that she had called the restaurant, spoke to the manager, and apologized. Specifically, as seen in the clip, she said, “I called the place. I talked to the manager. I apologized for being a**holes. I told the manager that the employees were great, and the manager said that all the employees were fine and thank you for calling.” Watch Alinity's apology here.

Understandably, Twitch itself has also been involved in the situation, not that it has actually commented on the situation itself though. Specifically, this has led many to argue that recording someone at their job without their permission should be against Twitch terms of service for reasons like this. While it remains to be seen if this is something Twitch ever acts on, many think that it's a good idea.
