Streaming has become an increasingly large and lucrative industry over the last several years, and Twitch has gathered an enormous following as one of the best websites to watch streamers of all kinds out there. In the wake of the massive Twitch data leak that led to 125 GB of data being taken off the platform servers and released onto the web, streaming fans may have gotten a chance to see exactly how much their favorite streamers are making. This leaked information includes a number of pro wrestlers, including WWE and AEW stars.

A number of current and former pro wrestlers, including retired WWE superstar Paige, have been making names for themselves in the streaming scene. The massive data leak contains information on how much eight stars in particular have reportedly made from Twitch between September 2019 and September 2021.

The eight pro wrestlers highlighted during the huge Twitch data leak are Paige, found at @SarayaOfficial, who appears to have made the most money at $478,224. Close behind her are Zelina Vega, found at @theatrinidad, and Adam Cole, found at @TheCHUGS, who made $341,748 and $318,080 respectively. After them come Impact Wrestling at @impactwrestling with $69,140, Tyler Breeze at @thesweetzlive with $43,755, Evil Uno at @eviluno with $35,742, Colt Cabana at @coltcabana with $32,479, and finally Xavier Woods at @AustinCreed with $25,431.

Jason Koebler, Editor in Chief of Motherboard, has reportedly confirmed that the Twitch data leak is accurate by testing against Motherboard's own numbers. However, fellow Twitch streamer Asmongold has gone on the record claiming that the leaked figure for his own earnings is incorrect. Reportedly, the figures quoted here are calculated from subscriptions and bits, meaning they don't take donations into account. As a sizeable portion of Twitch streamers' income tends to come from donations, this suggests that the actual amount these pro wrestlers made on Twitch could be significantly higher.

Although there is certainly a sizeable amount of money to be made on Twitch, WWE has a policy that prevents talent from streaming. While this mandate does not apply to retired superstars like Paige, it has reportedly caused friction with WWE's current wrestling stable. Zelina Vega was released over the issue of not being able to stream, and though she has signed with the company again, her husband seems to be running the increasingly neglected channel. Adam Cole also decided to jump ship from WWE to AEW, with his desire to keep his independent Twitch channel apparently playing a major part in negotiations.
