Jenelle "Indiefoxx" Dagres is one of the most controversial streamers on Twitch right now. She draws in thousands of viewers every time she streams, but she is also a chief example of what many streamers feel is wrong with Twitch right now. Popular streamers like xQc, Pokimane, and Asmongold have all commented on different metas Indiefoxx has helped to champion, such as hot tub streams and ASMR, and they are worried that excessive sexually suggestive content in these metas may lead to a mass withdrawal of advertisers from Twitch.

Indiefoxx isn't the only streamer making money from these metas, but she is well-known for the number of times she has been banned from Twitch in 2021. Yesterday she received her sixth ban of the year, the second one in the month of June. Indiefoxx's previous ban was for ASMR content that involved licking microphones and wearing specific yoga pants with her rear end prominently in the camera view, a style that also resulted in a ban for another variety streamer, Amouranth. Indiefoxx's last ban ended just one week before this latest one on June 29.

Currently it isn't clear exactly why Indiefoxx received her latest ban, and she hasn't hasn't been eager to share any details while posting content on other social media platforms. However, this hasn't stopped other Twitch streamers from commenting on her situation. One of the latest to do so is Alinity, a streamer and YouTube content creator known for playing games like World of Warcraft and Apex Legends. Alinity feels there should be harsher punishments for "repeat offenders" and calls for "consistency and equal treatment" when it comes to TOS violations.

Indiefoxx has certainly learned how to capitalize off of content trends to keep her personal brand successful. When not doing hot tub streams or ASMR content, she often hangs out in Just Chatting on her bed, offering subscribers a chance to get their name on her body for the right amount of subs or money. She also offers content through her OnlyFans and has a YouTube channel that contains compilations of her streams along with older content where she sings and plays guitar.

Though much of her content on Twitch is considered by many to be sexually suggestive, it seems Twitch hasn't seen a reason to permanently ban her from the platform. The company has a clear "three strikes" policy when it comes to copyright issues, but it looks like there is more leeway when it comes to bans for sexually suggestive content. When a streamer like Dr. Disrespect is perma-banned for unknown reasons yet Indiefoxx has now made it through six bans without losing her partnership, it's easy to see why Twitch streamers are calling for clearer TOS standards.
