After just two days, Twitch has unbanned popular content creator BruceDropEmOff. It's a surprising move from the site to unban him so early, after BruceDropEmOff was banned just a few days ago.BruceDropEmOff's 1.2 million followers on Twitch make him one of the most popular creators on the site, and until recently he hadn't been banned on Twitch since 2021. At just under 1 million subscribers, his YouTube presence is slightly smaller, although it could be important if he decides to move on from Twitch. With him asking fans on Twitter whether he should move to Kick or YouTube, it's unclear how much longer he plans to persevere with Twitch. He wouldn't be the first, with streamer Adin Ross recently announcing a move to Kick.RELATED: Twitch Streamer xQc's Sleeping Habits Concern FansThe unbanning of BruceDropEmOff was announced by the StreamerBans Twitter account, which tracks the ban status of many popular streamers. It's been a tough start to the year for the streamer, with BruceDropEmOff also being banned in January. This was initially a permanent suspension that was later reversed. The bulk of his troubles with the site appears to have begun after he left the OTK organization earlier this year, with his reasoning for the decision never given. Hopefully his unbanning this time around is the last issue he has with Twitch.

It seems that Twitch is having a serious issue keeping its top creators in line. Just two days ago, Twitch banned Irish streamer JustAMinx for being excessively intoxicated on stream. In the last month, Twitch has also banned other creators like CodeMiko, Adin Ross, Fedmyster, Kiaraakitty, and Sliker for a variety of different reasons. While these bans are usually not permanent for many of the top creators, it is still a huge problem that the site has to remain on top of constantly.

Many fans feel that Twitch is in a strange place right now. There seems to be a constant debate about revenue split on Twitch, with many arguing that it unfairly affects creators and their livelihoods. The site has been able to get by being perhaps the only viable site for gaming live-streamers to make a living, however this may change in the future. While YouTube Gaming still has a way to go before a vast amount of users will switch, the emergence of Kick could result in a transition being made. Of course, this has been seen before with Mixer, so only time will tell if Kick can prove to be a huge shake-up to the live-streaming system.
