However, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands shares Borderlands’ system for random weapon parts and different prefixes for the same guns. Based on things like attachments and enchantments, a gun name could be adjusted to boast a title more fitting of its functionality. As such, a Redditor named Jh1224 was lucky enough find a Fediore pistol with a hilarious name.
The rebranded Tediore weapon boasts an enchantment that sees melee damage boosted by 40% for ten seconds once the player triggers their action skill. Because of this melee-related ability, the weapon gets a prefix called “Slapping,” and when combined with its original name, the result could not be any funnier. Without the prefix, the rare weapon would be called the Wantnot of the Smith - making for a perfect title once the prefix is added. Based on the post’s title, the Redditor is calling the weapon a “Will Smith” gun.
With a hilarious name and a melee-focused special ability, the weapon could not have been found at a better time. In the comments, Redditors added to the joke, suggesting red text for the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands weapon. JekNex references Will Smith’s Oscar speech, pushing for “I’m a vessel for love” to be the red text for the gun. ZoulsGaming argues for “love makes you do stupid things” or “I hope the bunker master invites me back next year,” with other funny references littered throughout the comments section.
