Tiny Tina's Wonderlands has a fantastic storyline that players will have a blast going through, thanks to all the hilarious characters, missions, and overarching Dungeons & Dragons-style plot. But past the great story and visuals lies the Borderlands formula that players have come to know and love over the years. At its roots, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is still a bonafied Looter Shooter filled to the brim with awesome items, weapons, and gear.

But some of this gear can be downright expensive, and players looking to hit the level cap so they can find Level 40 items as soon as possible are likely chomping at the bit to get their hands on heaps of EXP. Going through the main story and appropriate side quests can be a great way to simply level as players go along, but those looking to make money quickly and up their levels rapidly in the process (especially on a second character) can make use of a boss farming trick to speed things up. Here's how to farm bosses for quick gold and EXP in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.

How To Farm Bosses Easily For Gold & Exp In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands

Tiny Tinas Vorcanar Map

Farming bosses is incredibly easy in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands thanks to how the game handles Enemy Scaling. Simply put, any time players revisit a boss, the boss will always be one level above the player. This means farming them will always give a generous amount of EXP based on level. This counts for ALL bosses, and all bosses seem to drop the same amount of EXP regardless of how far they are within the story or game world.

Because of this, players can revisit the earliest bosses in the game and simply farm them over and over for EXP and drops. A good example is Vorcanar, in Mount Craw. This particular boss is found at the end of a slide, on a large platform at the top of the mountain. Luckily, there is a spawn point and fast travel node right next to his boss chamber. Players can utilize this spawn point to quickly and easily farm the boss. All they need to do is head down into the chamber, slay the boss, pick up any loot they see, then exit the game to the main menu. Once they arrive back at the main menu, they can quickly re-enter the game, which will re-spawn them back outside the boss chamber. Players are free to rinse and repeat this as many times as they want, simply exiting to the main menu of the game and rejoining to reset the boss.

Players will gain generous EXP values each time the boss falls and will be rewarded with a multitude of loot once it dies. After a few runs, players can head to the nearby Vending Machines outside of Vorcanar's boss lair and sell all their unwanted gear. Not only will this help players gain levels by giving them superior equipment as they level, but it will also fill their pockets with heaps of gold rather quickly.

Some Tips For Boss Farming

Tiny Tinas Loot Explosion

Any boss can be farmed in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and farming bosses is a great way to gain general Legendary items as well as Boss-specific Legendary items. Vorcanar is an easy target thanks to the fact that it has multiple critical points, takes additional damage when these points explode, and remains stationary during its entire fight. This makes it pretty easy to farm as players will be able to consistently hit its weakpoints. A good weapon that does a ton of critical damage makes farming Vorcanar a breeze.

However, Vorcanar does have "multiple phases" and players will need to sit through a small in-game cutscene of sorts, plant a bomb on its head, and shoot it to continue doing damage. This can cause a bit of strife for those that are trying to farm as quickly as possible as this "downtime" adds up. Because of this, it's recommended that players farm other bosses if they're looking for something more efficient and aren't interested in the Legendary weapons and items that are specific to Vorcanar.

Tiny Tinas Wonderlands Ribula

A good boss for players to farm if they are looking strictly for EXP is Ribula, which can be accessed by going back to the Snoring Valley, fast traveling to the start of the level, and walking all the way back to his boss chamber. It's a small run from the spawn point back to his boss chamber, which can be a little bit of a time addition, but Ribula goes down incredibly quickly for players that have strong spells and equipment. This process gets even faster as players level up and gain better gear. The only downside to farming Ribula is that he has no Vending Machines near his boss room, meaning he's not a viable option for those looking to farm gold.

Tiny Tinas Wonderlands Banshee

Perhaps one of the best early-game bosses to consistently farm is the Banshee found in Weepwild Dankness. The Banshee, like Vorcanar, has a trio of Vending Machines and a spawn point located directly outside her boss chamber. But the best part about Banshee is that she has no second phase or in-game cutscene to take extra time. She will perish as quickly as players can whittle away at her health. Her critical spot is generally pretty easy to hit, especially when she goes into a stationary mode to sling spells at the Fatemaker.

It's recommended that players fiddle around with each boss, as there are likely bosses out there that provide an even speedier farming time depending on playstyle. It's also important to note that this strategy also works in Cooperative mode, so players can bring along a group of friends and "rinse and repeat" as fast as leaving the game and re-inviting their allies. This can speed the process up dramatically if all players are properly equipped as bosses and melt rather quickly under combined firepower.

That's all there is to it, players can gain a ton of Gold and EXP from using this simple method, as well as an increased chance at gaining Legendary items and weapons.

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is available for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
