The insanity that is Tiger King is not over. The hit series is getting a sequel, but it won't be on the same network that brought the story to life. The smash-hit Netflix success is getting a rival documentary that will be on Investigation Discovery. Similar to the documentary war on Fyre Festival, Tiger King has left several audience members baffled and filled with questions.

Investigation Discovery intends to answer all of those burning questions, and mainly the question that everyone has been asking. Did Carole Baskins really kill her husband and feed him to the tigers? Not long after the premiere of the show, detectives who had worked on the case reopened it asking viewers if they knew any more information that could lead to information on the disappearance of Don Lewis.

New series explores disappearance of Don Lewis

Droves of fans took to the internet to share their opinion of whether or not Carole really did kill her husband to inherit his wealth. However, the details are still unclear and Netflix may have led viewers to biased conclusions. Both Carole and her current husband, Howard Baskins, have said that they were misled as to the direction of the Tiger King documentary and have said that the series paints them in an unfavorable light. Whether this is the case is yet to be seen until the Investigation Discovery series is finally released.

Tiger King the original docu-series is out now exclusively on Netflix.
