While The Witcher 3 is one of the most beloved games on the market, that doesn't mean it's not without its share of bugs and glitches. While some of the bugs and glitches in The Witcher 3 can be game-breaking, there are others, such as the one shown off by a social media user where Geralt of Rivia is walking on his knees, that are quite funny.

While the game released in 2015, its popularity and massive size guarantee that The Witcher 3 players will have their fair share of weird experiences from time to time. Some of those odd experiences are fairly mild, such as the time that a player booted up the game only to see that Geralt's white locks had turned black. Other times, the glitches impact more than the appearance of the game's main character and instead impact how he traverses the environment.

Redditor TableTopRPGs4Life stumbled upon one of the weirder bugs that have to do with Geralt moving about The Witcher 3's world. Clearly having a bit of fun at the game's expense, the user made a post where the caption talked about how they'd heard how good the game was, but they'd never gotten to experience it until now. Alongside the caption was a short video that showed Geralt walking through the forest on his knees.

After the video was posted, several other Redditors joined the fray to make fun of the clip, including one who commented that walking through the woods like that was probably a very good way to scare the monsters away. Others said that they wished TableTopRPGs4Life had tested out and taken a video of what it looked like when Geralt tried to jump while on his knees.

The Witcher 3 user did explain that, while they didn't realize that they should have tried jumping, they did have another video saved that showed off how funny the game's protagonist looked running while still doing so on his knees. The user also said that they were afraid they'd end the bug if they experimented too much.

While this sort of bug was taken with good humor, there have been plenty of glitches over the years that haven't been quite so endearing. Of course, there have been other times when the odd behavior was entirely intentional. After all, there have even been some mods for The Witcher 3 that have created crazy happenings that include things like dozens of Geralts running together like some sort of Witcher pack.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is available now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
