The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt fans have made no shortage of great art posts over the years, with each focusing on different characters and taking on an artist’s particular style. The latest post sees a fan of The Witcher 3 sharing some unique art made by two fellow fans, with the piece capturing several characters in a style reminiscent of a comic book.

Recently, some manga-style art of The Witcher 3 made the rounds. The main piece showed Ciri sitting down, while eight smaller pieces were positioned around it. The smaller squares saw characters like Geralt and Yennefer in the fan’s art style, and many enjoyed the unique take on the game’s memorable cast. However, the piece posted by Reddit user Al3k5_ looks like it would serve as a perfect cover for a book full of that manga-like art.

The art in question was made by Bruno Furlani and Kyle Clodfelter, with the former posting it to their deviantart page earlier this week. Thanks to this Reddit post, it is getting the attention it deserves, as the two artists did a stellar job of capturing the most important characters in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The facial features and bodies of all the characters are slightly exaggerated, with the art style being reminiscent of Robert Liefeld’s, the co-creator of the Marvel character Deadpool.

At the center of the image, Geralt can be seen slaying one of the Witcher universe’s many monsters. Using Igni to burn it while simultaneously stabbing it with his silver sword, the creature has no escape from the legendary Witcher. A nice touch sees the bottom left and right of the image showing two iconic locations, as Skellige and the city of Novigrad both being visible. However, it is the lineup of well-drawn characters that help the piece stand out more.

As mentioned earlier, the piece resembles something one would see when picking up a Witcher comic, and the way the various characters are positioned is a big part of that. Ciri essentially serves as the background of the piece, as she takes up the most space by far – something that is likely meant to reflect her importance in the story. Eredin’s pointed helmet and skull face plate can be found on the left side of the image, while the right side of the image houses Yennefer, Triss, and the trusty narrator Dandelion.

Unsurprisingly, The Witcher community has shown this fan art a lot of love, as its unique style and bright color palette make it eye catching. With the two artists capturing some of the most important things in the main story with this piece, it serves as a great tribute to the classic RPG.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is available now on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions in development.
