Some simmers even manage to build beautiful starter homes on a tiny budget and upload them to the gallery. Sadly, not everyone can create a complete, functional house without paying some extra Simoleons. Luckily, the gallery is filled with unique builds that aren’t only practical, but also very cheap.

14 Desert Oasis

Brought to the gallery by BBBanks710, this Desert Oasis has a price tag of $9,993. For under $10,000, sims are able to live in a spacious, elevated home with a loft bedroom, pool, and patio.

This build is also base-game, meaning fans do not need additional packs or expansions to have access to everything used to complete the home. This home has style, a little modern, with colors and landscaping that match the desert. This may be considered a starter home, but no one would guess it.

The first level has the kitchen, dining room, and living room altogether in an open floorplan. Additionally, the skylight above allows the sun to cast beautiful rays in the morning hours. The second floor has two single beds, so players can easily fit more than one sim in this beautiful build.

It certainly does not look like it should cost less than $10,000. Inside, it has a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath floorplan, and also includes a dining room. It may be small, but Fernwood is charming and well worth the price tag.

The two-tone walls and tall windows open up the space and make the home feel a little larger than it really is. If players are looking for a modern starter, this is a great choice.

The landscaping surrounds the home to create a cozy atmosphere and includes some patio furniture set in the grass. With one bedroom, this home may be tiny, but it certainly does not lack style and neatly contains everything a sim needs to start their sim life.

The Micro Starter Under 5k is an extremely modest home uploaded by 300699PG. The price for a sim to begin a life in this starter is a total of $2,982, fully furnished. It is tiny, but the large skylight opens the home and brings in the necessary light to such a small space.

The landscape is minimal and natural. The home manages to include one bedroom, one bathroom, and everything a sim needs to start their life. This build is also base-game, so again, no packs or expansions are necessary to download this incredibly inexpensive starter.

The 2K Starter Home by ZediousAmiharah costs $1,964. Although it is a 40x30 build, the house takes a small portion of the Lot, while the rest is filled with gardening tools and dirt patches. This starter home gives cottage vibes, and it has one bedroom and one bathroom. It's perfect for simmers who want to start a new Scenario in The Sims 4 without paying any extra Simoleons.

The 2K Starter Home is a mall house decorated with rustic furniture. There are some from Debug items, but they are completely functional. Keep in mind that the walls are also Debug, which means they can't be lowered using the wall option.

The floorplan is very open, as the house consists of one room. Because of that, the bathroom is separated by a curtain from the other rooms to avoid any embarrassing Moodlets in The Sims 4.

Unfortunately, simmers won’t find a living room or a dining room, so sims will eat on the bed, In addition to not having any appliances for entertainment.
