The Last of Us Part 1 takes place in a world devastated by a worldwide pandemic, wiping out the vast majority of the human race as nature slowly reclaims the man-made. Joel is a world-weary smuggler and survivalist, driven to take drastic measures to stay alive when faced with the dangers of the new world. When he is tasked with a deceptively simple delivery job, he finds himself escorting a 14-year-old girl, Ellie, who may be the key to finding a vaccine against the fungal infection that has ravaged the world of The Last of Us Part 1.
On their journey to find the Fireflies, one of the few organizations equipped to develop a vaccine, the player can find a number of pendants left behind. These small collectibles provide a subtle bit of world-building, emphasizing how widespread the Fireflies were and how far they have fallen over the past 20 years of societal collapse.
In chapter six of The Last of Us Part 1, Joel and Ellie arrive in Wyoming as they track down Tommy, Joel's brother, and former Firefly. As the pair make their way towards Jackson City, they come across a functioning hydroelectric dam where things aren't as safe as they seem. This chapter gives players more insight into Joel's relationship with Tommy filling in more of the 20-year gap between the prologue and chapter one.
This guide will show players where to find the two Firefly pendants available in the Tommy's Dam chapter of The Last of Us Part 1 to help make progress toward the "Look for the Light" achievement.
Tommy’s Dam | Hydroelectric Dam

After meeting up with Tommy at the dam, the pair will make their way through the facility until they reach a large room where workers are repairing a generator. Follow Tommy to the lower floor until he stops at a door. From here, turn around and head past the generators to the opposite side of the hall; this pendant is on the floor in a room at the end.

Later in the chapter, Joel and Tommy will arrive at a ranch house to find Ellie. As the player enters, take a right and head into the room with the fireplace to find the Firefly pendant on a desk.
