At first glance, you may think that there isn't much to being a "slime," which is understandable since it’s an uninteresting creature.

6 God’s Wrath – Megiddo

Rimuru’s God’s Wrath ability is truly an ability fit for a god. In the series, the ability was only revealed once, but its effects were devastating. During Rimuru's clash with the Kingdom of Falmuth, he used God's Wrath (Megiddo), allowing fans to witness a wide-range ability that is useful for large-scale combat.

Within a few moments, God's Wrath eliminated Falmuth's large army. The ability is in the form of water droplets boosted by Rimuru's water spirit energy. These water droplets can differ in size and speed, obliterating any resistance they encounter. This ability requires low magical energy, making it frightening because it can be used multiple times without affecting Rimuru.

5 Dark Flame Lightning

Initially, Rimuru possessed the Dark Thunder and Dark Flame Skills that were really powerful. While meeting the ogre squad: Benimaru, Shuna, Shion, Souei, and Kurobe, Rimuru displayed his Dark Thunder, astonishing viewers. Even then, the ability was deadly. On the other hand, Dark Flame halted Geld, the Orc Disaster’s regeneration.

On Rimuru’s ascension to a Demon Lord, the powerful Dark Flame Series: Dark Flame and Dark Thunder morphed to become Dark Flame Lightning. Although Dark Flame Lightning hasn’t been used in the anime, the skill effects are sure to be tremendous.

4 Wisdom King Raphael

Ever since Rimuru reincarnated as a slime, the Great Sage has been his Advisor. The Great Sage is more of a mental adviser and programming system that restructures Rimuru’s internal mechanisms to achieve the best possible outcome. The Great Sage was an encyclopedic resource for Rimuru in his new, unknown world.

This remarkable system evolved alongside Rimuru in his Demon Lord form to become the Wisdom King Raphael. This evolution unlocked two major skills: Mind Accelerate and Assess & Analyze. Mind Accelerate exponentially increased Rimuru's mental capacity, while the latter boosted his tactical skills.

3 Universal Shapeshifting

If fans recall, Rimuru’s base form is that of a Slime, an unremarkable, blobby-looking blue jelly that should be in the form of the food chain. Remarkably, despite Rimuru's primary nature, he developed the ability to shapeshift into any creature. In addition, he can morph into any creature he consumes.

With this Skill, Rimuru was able to replicate the body structure of Shizue. Rimuru can transform into powerful creatures such as Dragons and even low-ranking species like wolves. This versatile ability grants him the ability to partially shapeshift into a human-looking creature with wings.

2 Ultraspeed Regeneration

One of Rimuru's apex skills is his unbelievable self-heal abilities. Before he became a True Demon Lord, he already had an impressive Self-Regeneration skill, which speeds up his recovery rate. However, Rimuru was still vulnerable to damage to his Spiritual Body – a proof of his encounter with Hinata Sakaguchi.

However, after Rimuru became a True Demon Lord, he acquired the Infinite Regeneration Skill, making his recovery rate an almost-instant one. Fortunately for Rimuru, the skill also allowed damage restoration to his Spiritual Body. Consequently, Rimuru is now invincible physically and spiritually.

1 Gluttonous King Beelzebub

Gluttonous King Beelzebub is the strongest skill in Rimuru's arsenal. The most powerful attribute of this skill is Predation. It allows Rimuru to absorb his targets whole into his body and gain their properties. Next, the skill then analyzes what has been ingested, allowing Rimuru to use another powerful skill, "Mimic."

Mimic allows Rimuru to not only adopt the appearance of what he consumes but their skills and abilities. No matter how powerful. This was seen when he consumed Veldora, a powerful Dragon feared amongst kingdoms. Gluttonous King Beelzebub is Rimuru's most powerful ability because it allows him to constantly level up, using the skills, magical abilities, and powers he absorbs from his adversaries.
