Tfue has made a name for himself through playing Fortnite, but he hasn't played the game in a while. The former FaZe Clan member spent a lot of time in the game, but instead of continuing combat in the popular creation of Epic Games, he has switched to playing Call of Duty: Warzone as his game of choice. Recently, he brought up this change and talked about it on his stream.

When Tfue was actively playing Fortnite, his name was as closely associated to the game as Ninja, who has become one of the most popular streamers in the world. However, Tfue has seemingly abandoned the game that gave him a claim to fame. When he finally brought it up, he was playing Call of Duty and said that he may not go back to the other battle royale game for quite some time, if he even returns to the game at all.

The former pro Fortnite player was playing a different game when he spotted a comment in his Twitch chat, calling Fortnite trash. He agreed with the viewer, expanding on that point as more viewers tried to ask him when he'll be returning to his flagship game. He pointed out that many of Fortnite's current player base weren't playing the game when he was. He said that he had been playing the game since it first came out, and that he can't can't play one game "for years straight." According to Tfue, the max time he can spend playing through one is "usually 2-3 years." He said that if he continued to play for longer than that, he'd "lose his mind."

While some fans may disagree with Tfue's stance, it's a logical response to playing one game for as long as he has. Tfue isn't a casual gamer — he plays these games for hours a day to entertain those who tune into his stream. While Epic Games does add changes to Fortnite to liven it up and make the game less repetitive for its players, the base game still remains the same for the most part. Whether or not Tfue will return to the game in the future is uncertain, but for now, he'll be scratching his gaming itch through other games such as Call of Duty: Warzone.

For those who are still entertained by Fortnite, there new exciting content to dive into with the Joyride update. However, players shouldn't expect to bump into Tfue while they're driving in the game.
