Guacamelee 2
2018's Guacamelee 2 was developed by DrinkBox Studios and is a Metroidvania platform game that is heavily inspired by various aspects of Mexican culture, such as Lucha libre and the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). The game was well-received by critics and is considered to be one of the best modern Metroidvania titles.
